Job Summary

This Librarian provides access to library collection resources of all formats by performing original and copy cataloging, reviewing and resolving issues and problems in the library’s catalog and discovery interface, and completing catalog maintenance and authority projects. The Librarian in this role is responsible for the college archives and digital repository and works with other units across the district to develop a plan and process for the work. In addition, the Librarian serves as part of a professional library team, including collection development and some public service activities. This Librarian (Collections) reports to the Lead Librarian, Acquisitions and is based at the Meramec Campus Library.
