NC Cardinal Selects MOBIUS for Evergreen ILS Managed Services

MOSS Provides Complete Hosting and Support Services to Growing North Carolina Consortium
 
Columbia, MO - November 28, 2017 -- The MOBIUS Consortium announced today that NC Cardinal, a growing consortium of over 30 member library systems in the state of North Carolina has selected its MOBIUS Open Source Solutions (MOSS) to provide hosting and managed services to support its Evergreen Open Source ILS implementation.

NC Cardinal currently supports 30 public library systems (with over 160 branch locations) and one government library. It serves over a third of North Carolina’s public library systems supporting over 3.3 million North Carolinians.

NC Cardinal (https://statelibrary.ncdcr.gov/ld/nc-cardinal) is a consortium of North Carolina public libraries that share an online catalog and integrated library system (ILS), and share resources with other member libraries. The program’s mission is to maintain and continually develop a working, efficient, and sustainable ILS for public libraries and library staff within North Carolina.
